Yet, another microblogging service by fuzz.
Because a lot of people share the music they listen to during the day on Twitter, Blip asks the question ‘What are you listening to?’ instead of ‘What are you doing?’
You can include the song in your post and others (followers) can easily listen to it. You can also link your Blip account to Twitter, Pownce, jaiku, or other services. Extra feature: you can adjust the volume and navigate through the songs by using desktop shortcuts (nice!).
When I first read about Blip I was wondering why I should let go of Last.FM account, because it already collects all the music I play during the day + my friends music.
AND I can listen (for at least 30 sec.) to most songs…
Well, I don’t have to let it go. I can also link Blip to Last.FM, but I’m not sure what it does. If you want to know what I listen to, you should check my Last.FM page, I say.
I’m not Blip-minded (yet?).

We might not have a reign yet, but we sure know how to be creative with it.
Not only famous people like Peter Van De Veire from Studio Brussel are creating songs, Senne from Ghent did the same thing! And if u ask me,… he did it better! He created a song with quotes from politicians, in combination with his own lyrics. The song is called: ‘hoe zit het met de regering’ and you can listen to it on his MySpace: http://www.myspace.com/senneguns
BTW, it’s in Dutch.
Besides this cool song, Senne is an excellent Jazz-man!
Update: While I was linking to Peter Van De Veires website, I saw he discovered the song as well. He even called Senne during his show AND he played Senne’s song on the radio… check it out on his site www.degrotepetervandeveireochtendshow.be
