Microsoft launches Messenger TV
When I say ‘jump’, you say ‘how high’…
When I say ‘video’, you say ‘YouTube’…
Since the launche of YouTube, it has become THE place to be for online video’s.
This week, Microsoft launched Messenger TV, a European innovation that brings together two of the most popular activities online – watching videos and chatting on Windows Live Messenger.
This new service allows users to watch video’s together with your messenger buddies while chatting. Microsoft wants to create a new online video experience. The content will include MTV Shows and videoclips. Messenger TV will launch in 20 countries, excluding the US of A and Belgium (ofcourse).
EDIT: Okay, now Belgium can watch TV via Messenger too! We’re checking it out!
This looks like the new feature Streams of YouTube. For now, it’s only in TestTube.
